Our Concrete Freeze/Thaw Machines

Scientemp Corp freeze/thaw machines comply with the ASTM C666 specifications, Procedure A and B, which test for resistance of concrete to rapid freezing and thawing. These machines are ideal for large-scale quality testing of concrete aggregates as well as research and development programs for various concrete additives. Other features include:

• 304 stainless steel work surfaces, internal chamber, lid liner, and specimen racks
• Welded steel external cabinet with a durable powder-coated finish
• Cabinet chamber insulated with 4" of urethane foam

• Air-cooled or water-cooled condensing unit refrigeration system (as specified by the customer)
• Circulating fan(s) in the lid for uniform air temperature throughout the chamber
• Electrical linear actuator lid for safe and easy operation
